Albany airport is about an hour from the venue. Additionally, you can fly into any NY airport and drive to upstate NY. The Amtrak runs from Penn Station direct to Hudson NY.

We will be providing shuttles to and from the room blocks listed in both Hudson and Coxsackie. Please see transportation schedule to ensure you know where to meet each shuttle and when they leave. On an average wedding night, there are police cars outside of the venue. We recommend utilizing the shuttle service. If you plan on driving to the venue or taking alternate means of transportation, please inform the bride and groom.

The hotels in Coxsackie are 5 minutes from the venue. The hotels in Hudson are approximately 20-25 minutes from the venue.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors in the barn!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Yes! The afterparty will be in Hudson at the Half Moon Bar from 11pm - 1am. We will have transportation to the after party should you choose to continue the night with us as well as back to the hotels on a rotating schedule when the after party ends!
